Jackson Lowe Vegetable Farm is a small-scale vegetable farm operated by Adam and Mecca Lowe in Rockmart, Georgia. On over twenty acres Northwest Georgia soil, the Lowe's cultivate high quality, naturally grown southern vegetables from April through December.
Jackson Lowe Vegetable Farm sells directly to local customers in the Northwest Georgia and Atlanta areas. Formerly Turtle Bend Farm (2009-2011), Adam and Mecca Lowe are are still growing the same high quality seasonal produce and offer several ways to purchase vegetables, including seasonal subscriptions (CSA) and wholesale opportunities.
Jackson Lowe Vegetable Farm operates on two properties in the Ridge and
Valley Region of Polk County at the base of the Talladega Uplands.
Fertile valley soils filled with silty loam are the basis for
the Lowe's sustainable production. With several years of experience, Adam and Mecca now cultivate over twenty acres of intensively managed diverse vegetable crops during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons of their humid subtropical climate zone.
